The delivery time for orders inside the USA is 3-7 business days, whereas for orders outside the USA is 5-15 business days, our bracelet and neckless collection can take up to 25 days due to all being made by hand and the high volume of orders.
Please bear in mind that this timing is estimated from the time your order is shipped and is always approximately.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
