Exchange & Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applies) .

To complete your return, we require to contact us do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

*  all original packaging and labelling in good condition
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the initial purchase. Shipping costs won’t be refunded. Please allow 6 business days for your return to be processed at JIMMINI and to post the refund to your account. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
